This is the national bird of Bangladesh, and called the Doel here.

Thanks Zlatan. That's the second spotting of this bird I've seen today as I go back over some older spottings. I thought it was strange to see them in India and France. Then I see you took the photo in Banglasesh :-) Nice shot.
