Yeah, that makes sense.
The pseudoscorpions from Australia have long abdomens.

A Copocrossa jumping spider.
Possibly mimicking a small scorpion.

Thanks, wish I knew what it was, the long arms ended in single pointed spear. First time seeing this species.

That is a most unusual spider. Have never seen one of those before, and so close to home (Cairns). Good spotting!
