The leaf shape is lancelot, or almond shape. The margin, or the edges, of the leaf are entire. Entire means that the edges are smooth and even throughout the leaf. The leaf venation is parallel, which means that the veins go up the leaf vertically and parallel to each other. The leaf arrangement is opposite. The leaf texture is very smooth. This leaf even has a bit of a drip tip. The tree the leaf comes from is about 5 to 5 1/2 feet tall.
