African Tulip Seed

Spathodea campanulata

Description:

The size of this seed is around1.5 cm tall and 0.5 wide. The seed has an outer coating which is white and transparent, and the actual seed in the middle. It is yellow. When they are dispersed by wind, they float away for a long time before finally hitting the ground. There is no shape to this seed, but it is close to a circle.
