Spotting

Description:

Found this plant in a secondary forest near Woodlands in Singapore. I don't have the slightest clue what this plant is, but, it is green(Of course) and it is a tree/plant. It is yellow, oval, and fuzzy. It is 1.5 meters in length (the leaves) by width. It has fruit on it; the fruit is green, oval, and hard. It is 3.5 cm in width. The leaf shape is oval, and the leaf dimensions are as stated above. The Leaf Margin is Ciliate, and the Leaf Venation in Pinnate. The Leaf Arrangement is alternate, and the Leaf Texture is smooth.

Habitat:

Found on a tree in a secondary forest near Woodlands, Singapore.

The leaves are 1.5 meters across? I am not sure that this description matches the picture. Are we talking about the same thing?
