Description:

Striking grasshopper of about 4cm in body length; base colour is blue/green with bright yellow stripes and bands on hind legs; the black antennae have yellow tips, and the dark fore wings have yellow and green veins.

Habitat:

Tropical rainforest in the Ecuadorian Amazon region.
