I love how much I learn in Proyect Noah

Liam is correct it is a Saffron Finch...for some reason I did not see the lower half of the species pictures in the Finch category. The below link from the same source will show you more pictures.

I cannot say for sure but the closest I could find is a Summer Tanager...Here is the link that has pictures to compare to....http://www.pbase.com/ahlman/tanagers....hope it helps
