Artocarpus heterophyllus
The smooth, waxy leaves of this tree were obovate, with a tiny drip tip. The leaves were 15cm long at the longest point, and 8cm wide at the widest point. The leaf margin was entire, the leaf venation netted pinnate, and the leaf arrangement whorled. The texture of the bark was rough. This tree has a buttress root system. The yellow, oval-shaped, spiky jackfruit is very large; about 70cm in length. The young fruits were green colored and only about 20cm in length. This tree is massively tall.
