I think these are fledgling birds. If I do say so myself, this was a really good spot on my part as the only indication they were there was the slightest of rustling of leaves in the hedge. ID would appreciate.
Tropical condo, many grassy areas verging on rainforest but of course filled with apartment blocks and roads so not true rainforest. These were in a trimmed hedge in front of a house.

These look like Green Pigeon fledglings.
You need to check the Treron sp. which occur in your area
There was a bug which caused some peoples maps to disappear after saving but yours now works after you saved again.
I looked into the possibility of Cormorants in Singapore as there was no record of them there prior to 1990s. It appears they were introduced to the Jurong Bird Park and Mandai Zoo as free-flying exhibits and have since been reported from Tuas and Changi amongst other places. If they are Cormorants it is likely where they came from, so they would be termed as Escapes or Introduced.
It may be worth checking with the Singapore Birding organisations for more information.
By the way, your sighting location is close to where I used to live in Jln Jelita.
Oh and as for the map I'm not sure why it isn't working as it works for me. It was found in South East Asia.
Thanks, I think the habitat is more precise now.
For some reason your map is not showing on this page and you have nothing in the Habitat field about the habitat where you saw it, there are condo's everywhere so that is too vague. I think these are more likely young Cormorants but habitat and precise location details would greatly assist.
OK, so these are definitely fledglings- maybe some type of gulls? Though what gulls would want in a condo is anyone's guess...
An ID on this would be appreciated!
