Bushtit

Aegithalidae

Notes:

Every summer during our 2 to 3 week heat wave I hang a water mister in my cherry tree. After the first couple day's, the birds are sitting waiting for me to get home from work to start it up. Then everyone enjoys a cool mist on a hot summers day :).

Thank you Hemma. They truly are busy little ones. I've never seen less than 20 at a time. Twice a day they comb through my two fruit trees for insects and then gone as fast as they arrived, unless the mister is up and running.
