Denis, you have already 3+ for Nycteis, so at least 2 others would agree.

You may compare yours with these ones and you will not see the white spots on the hindwing and if you take the row/band on the right side of the forewing you also note some differences: look at the 2 spots below, quite "long", so more pins as spots in yours and Nycteis.

Looking at Pearl Crescent and Alternative ID of Silvery Checkerspot. So far haven't found which is correct.

If you look at your hindwing you see there some white spots, to my knowledge Nycteis is the only Checkerspot with such spots there.
