To me it looks almost like a golden eagle, but I might be wrong
Very difficult to tell from the angle, but the spot around his eye could suggest Bearded Vulture? I'm not at all confident, but could be a possibility. This might help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_bi...
