Carpet Beetle

Anthrenus verbasci

Description:

This beetle has a pretty interesting pattern considering how tiny it is.

Habitat:

This little guy must have flown in the front door, because I found him in a sink not far away.

Notes:

Found in a bathroom sink; that's why the background is white. I was able to use my built-in flash and it worked out just fine reflecting off of the white sink surface.
