Spotting

Description:

Another large butterfly 5-8 cm wings, Dark body, dark inner wings, dark to orange and yellow outer edges, with white stripe in between.

Habitat:

Seen on leaf detritis on the rain forest floor.

Notes:

Another fast butterfly, they never sit for long, Gombe is full of butterflies, it was so amazing, it was like being in a butterfly aquarium 24 hours a day, but so hard to capture them on film.
