Description:

They have a smooth, brown-gray carapace. They have a long, pointed snout and a long neck. Males are much smaller than the females, we seined up both a male and female in a net, and the male was about 1/3 the size of the female, Here she is: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/195... They were returned safely to the water after pictures.

Habitat:

Found in freshwater throughout much of North America.

OMG! And I thought that Texas was really boring and every other country was a lot more exiting but I learned more history and saw all the cool animals in Texas with this app and now I can know that Texas is cool!
