Ranunculus millefoliatus

Description:

Tuberous rooted, with flowering stems up to 15cm tall. Leaves glabrous, mostly basal, bi to tripinnatisect with linear-lanceolate segments. Flowers usually solitary, 2-3cm across, rich yellow, spring to summer.

Habitat:

Open meadow in mount Chortiatis (Thessaloniki, Greece).
