Agelaius phoeniceus
Common passerine birds found in or near wetlands and water sources throughout much of North America. The female's plumage appearance is heightened during the breeding season. Streaking throughout, light brownish-orange throat and face. Cream eye streak bordered by dark brown.
Spotted at one of the wetland ponds next to the Green River at Flaming Geyser State Park.

They are just as beautiful, if not more so, than their male counterparts. Just had a photo session with one of these myself!
