Description:

I noticed this bug after looking at the photo's I took of another one. This is a plant bug with yellow eyes and a red head, legs and elytra. You can see the abdomen through the clear part of the wings to see the dark pattern.

Habitat:

Buckwheat flowers in chaparral.
