Hi Malcolm. As far as I know, I think you may be right. There are over 10 races or subs of this species in Borneo but only the C.p.pluto has no white on it and is only found in NE Borneo. Whether it is only restricted to Sabah I am not sure although I think it is. There have been introductions to other islands but not sure if this sub has been part of that. If anyone else has any relevant information it would be good to learn more.
