This bush has had berries for months - and now it has flowers too. We have several bushes of this species in the fields, some are bright red, some yellow and some are orange. Family Rosaceae.

Thank you Ashley, I wish it was a Persimmon Tree! These berries are very tiny and hard and bitter. Supposedly they are not poisonous, but I never see anything eat them.
