This E. melagastropodium actually seems a closer fit: https://www.flickr.com/photos/ericinsf/4...
I think it's some Epidendrum in "group Diothonea". E. globiflorum/restrepoanum appears fairly similar (http://www.flickriver.com/photos/colombi...), but it's not an exact match and there seem to be many other species that more or less fit the bill.
