Description:

A white mushroom with a cap about 40 mm wide. The cap was covered with a cracked/freckled brown skin which was unbroken over the umbo. Along stipe had a narrow cuff-like annulus. Gills were crowded, brittle, white.

Habitat:

Damp eucalyptus forest - growing amongst damp leaf litter.
