Lachnaia genus
Yellow w/ black spots on back. More rectangular than oval in shape.
Observed in a County nature Preserve when it landed on my shirt. The area was primarily a Pine forested mixed w/ some Oak.
This is a very large group of both vary and similar beetles, but I think my suggestion is right. Also, it is not a lady beetle so I'm not sure it fits "The lost ladybug project" mission.
