Toulouse Goose

Description:

Breed of very large domesticated goose. 18-20 pounds (9 kg)

Habitat:

Woodland brook in my yard. I suspect it belongs to the farm next door to me, but this is the first time I have seen it.

Notes:

Goose on the loose!!! It was feeding in the brook with a variety of other small ducks. It seemed to be the leader and was agitated that I came upon them. The ducks "ran away" into the woods, but this very large goose stood its ground spreading its wings as seen in one of the photos.
