Yellow-rumped Warbler

Dendroica coronata

Description:

They have a gray-blue back and head, yellow crown on top of the head, and a bright yellow throat. The chest is gray-blue, and underneath it is black, then the belly is gray and streaked on the sides.

Habitat:

At the local park, there were tons of these guys everywhere. Both Myrtle's and Audubon's present.

Always nice to get Audubon's anywhere in Texas, though definitely more common in West Texas, still a great find Ashley
