Eurasian Collared Dove

Description:

Larger then the Mourning Dove with a squared off tail and thick neck. Black line on back of neck bordered by white. Most of the bird is pinkish grey. Distinct call that separates it from the Mourning Dove.

Habitat:

Not as popular around urban areas but will make an appearance. Mostly found in parks and wilderness areas.
