Description:

A tiny, peculiar Orchid with almost round yellow buds and flowers less than a centimeter in width. Each flower seems to have multiple pollinia.

Habitat:

It was growing in deep shade on the moss covered trunk of a Cacao Tree in an area of secondary growth near Las Nubes Park on the Santo Domingo River, Chiapas.
