Diplacodes trivialis
D. trivialis is a fairly common dragonfly in the Philippines. Both males and females start out similar but undergoes sexual dimorphism as it matures. The females become a golden yellow while the males become a silvery blue (I'd imagine they'd have a bronze child, but yeah.)
Saw this in the outskirts of our campus, near a waterbed filled with tadpoles.
