Notes:

I believe this guy belongs to the order Hemiptera. It has short little wings that indicate it may undergo incomplete metamorphosis unlike the Coleoptera order. I thereby believe this is a nymph but I'm otherwise at a loss. He moves very quickly & it was thereby difficult to get a non-blurry photo.
