Galerina hypnorum
A small orange mushroom with a delicate striated cap about 5 mm wide. The centre of the cap had a deeper colour. Pale gills were spaced. The stipe was yellow-orange with the colour deepening towards the base.
Spotted a small colony growing on a damp bed of moss in a reserve. http://bie.ala.org.au/species/urn:lsid:c...
True Galerina hypnorum is found only in the Northern Hemisphere.
