Scaly cap species?

Pholiota sp.?

Description:

growing on buried wood in the middle of a field. Near(ish) woody plants include the coniferous forest and probably some gorse here and there. the fifth pic I thought might be primordium for the big mushroom but now I notice there might be some ascomycetes in the 4th photo which the 'primordium' in 5th photo could belong to

Notes:

eb3? - i have a sample for now
