Description:

The crown and neck shows ashy streaking and there is a turquoise dot at the base of the yellow bill.

Habitat:

Lightly wooded areas.

Notes:

I do not see many of these in summer...most sightings in winter or when the weather is mild. Maybe it is migratory?
