Parkesia motacilla
A warbler with brown streaks on its yellowish belly and a bold white eye stripe. They bob their tail up and down continuously.
Louisiana Waterthrush can be found near fast running streams, like this one at Willard Brook. They feed on insects that emerge from the water and are on the rocks.

Jamie, I'll be looking for those Northerns and all their friends:-)
just had a HUGE flock of northern water thrushes come through south florida. get ready they will be up there soon.
Thanks Fyn. Louisiana's are one of the first warblers back along with Pine, Palm and Yellow-rumped. Northern and all the others should be coming back soon, as long as the weather isn't too bad.
Nice! Should be seeing some Northerns soon.
