Ornamental Tree-Trunk Spider

Herennia ornatissima

Habitat:

Forest temple, mixed deciduous forest, bamboo, banana, with stream.

Notes:

I've seen these spiders in the exact same location for around 3 years. Rather than trees these specimens have chosen a pair of Nagas to call home.

Hi Lauren, thank you, I guess I should try and find the tree in Thailand!
