Description:

Three light brown mushrooms. Caps convex, smooth, ~ 65 mm diameter, 25-30 mm high. Tubes yellow, attached, adnate, ~ 10 mm long. Stems brown, tapering, elliptical cross-section, 24 x 26 mm at ground level, height 25-30 mm. In-ground parts not investigated.

Habitat:

Pacific Northwest suburban area.

Notes:

Spotted growing in dirt of a lawn-to-be.
