Description:

About a 4" turtle with a smooth shell and a large hooked nose.

Habitat:

Edge of a freshwater lake surrounded by mixed forest and wetlands.

Notes:

My kids found this little guy down by the lake and brought him home for me to see. After the necessary photo shoot, we all took him back into the swamp and said goodbye.
