Gerbera Daisies

Description:

Gerbera daisies are very hardy annual plants. They bloom in nearly every color (Green, Orange, Pink, Red, White) and produce large flowers on long, thick, sturdy stems. If cut, they last for a week or more in the vase, making them a favorite of flower arrangers. The scientific name for Gerbera Daisy is Gerbera jamesonii and was named after Robert Jameson who was the first to discover it. This plan is native to South Africa.
