Loxosceles reclusa
The brown recluse is a medium sized wandering spider, and one of the few spider in North America whose bite is actually dangerous to humans. Brown recluse tend to live in secluded, out of the way areas with plenty of hiding places, such as debris piles, and do very well indoors. A brown recluse is easily recognized by the fiddle shaped marking, readily visible in this photo, on its cephalothorax. Recluse bites are uncommon, and serious complications are uncommon among bites, though medical treatment is still recommended.
This individual was found in an indoor storage area, similar in furnishing to an attached garage.
This spider was slightly larger than a U.S. quarter.

The mobile app, unfortunately, doesn't record the scientific names or accurate locations, so it's a matter of using two devices to get the spotting completely correct.
But thanks for the links and help nonetheless!
Did you find this spider in your house? I would love to know more about it.
Since you know the ID of your organism (I believe it is correct as well) it would be great if you would add the scientific name to your spotting so it can be considered complete! The name is Loxosceles reclusa.
Here is a web page with info that you can add if you want as well:
