Blackish with a red and yellow beak.
This one was photographed swimming in the Lake inside Lodhi Gardens. These birds are not pets.
There were Geese, Cormorants and Egrets keeping them company in the water. The geese may be fed but I do not think the other aquatic birds are. I do not know if the Lake is artificially stocked with fish as food.
