Hi there, instead of putting the ID in the description, click on "edit this spotting" on the right side, and in the common name box put blue jay, their scientific name is Cyanocitta cristata, then scroll down and save. Without the scientific name your spotting will be considered unidentified. Thanks.

You are correct it is a Blue Jay (Cyanocitta cristata) :)
