The Orchard also has an all black tail for the male.

Look at the wings - its a Baltimore as it has the yellow-orange and white wingbars.

Some kind of an Oriole. Looks either like Icterus spurius or Icterus galbula. Persoanlly I cannot separate them for sure. Icterus galbula is probably much more common than the other one. What do you think?
