Hi Tanz444. This is a truly beautiful moth, however I do not believe this is an Elm Sphinx. The shape of the wings and body as well as the color pattern don't match.

This moth appears to be a type of Noctuid. I haven't found a match yet but there are a ton of moths in this Superfamily. I will continue my search and let you know if I find a match. I am thinking it is in Family Noctuidae (Owlet Moths) at this point.
