Ash-throated Flycatcher

Myiarchus cinerascens

Description:

Large Flycatcher brown upperside and light grey to pale yellow on the underside. Small crest, long tail and thick pointed black bill. The call is unmistakeable. Doesn't sould like other flycatchers.

Habitat:

Mix wooded areas and also open areas.

Notes:

These are migrants and show up every spring to breed in this area.
