Pic 1 shows the extended mouthparts, which will help it camouflage and the ventral side of the wings. Pics 2 and 3 show the dorsal side of the wings. This is a migration species. Size: 41-51mm.

Habitat:

Spotted at the forest edge at the National butterfly center in Mission, Texas.

This is also a cool spotting. First time for me to se a butterfly, other than moths, with a snout.
