Setophaga coronata
I think this is a (female) Fall Yellow-rumped Warbler. Small size. Yellow upper white belly. Yellow rump, not too visible in the second bad photo.
Near river in trees.

Thanks to all. I couldn't figure it out. My first of this bird.
It is a yellow rump
I would tend to agree with the Yellow-rumped Warbler (Myrtle). Its got the streaky brown and yellow was on the sides, eye-ring, black/white tail.
I'm favoriting this so I can go back to it later and see if I'm right... this will bug me to no end until I find out! LOL!!!!
I will venture to take a wild suggestion?? Yellow-rumped warbler? The only one I can think of with a broken eye-ring, no wing bars, and a wash of yellow on the sides of the breast. I looked and looked in my book for quite a while. It's the closest I could get to. (Warblers are my Nemesis!)
