Thank you so much, namitha. I usually begin identifying a moth by looking for a family that looks similar. After that, I make dichotomous keys in my head to differentiate the different taxa. I hope you are well, Namitha! Glad to see you back on!

Hi J, I know absolutely nothing when it comes to ID ing moths. So I am actually amazed. How do you ID all these different variants. Sorry to say, but, to me, most of them look very much alike.
