My guess is a mating pair. I have no idea what they are. This is not a mating pair. This act is called coupling and is thought to be a cooperative tactic used to bring down larger prey than either one could alone.
These are some of the most interesting insects out there! They hide and flowers and will eat bees, butterflies, flies, and various other pollinating insects.
