This little fellow was a little under 1/2 inch in length.
On the edge of a wooded Ares behind a building and near a retention pond.
This hopper landed on my shirt while I was cutting grass with a riding lawnmower. He quickly moved to a nearby plant where I was only able to take a single picture before he moved on again.
