Great Banded Grayling

Description:

Large (6 to 7 cm wingspan) butterfly. It is mainly dark brown with white pattern above; and a cream one below.

Habitat:

This is a common European species, usually found in light woodland and grasslands. Found in such environments in all parts of Peljesac peninsula, very common.
