Anas superciliosa
A common duck found in Australia and New Zealand.
Woodland areas with water. Found in much of Indonesia, New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand, and many islands in the southwestern Pacific.
This duck was accompanied by another duck. I fed them both bread. The duck in the picture ate from my hand but walked away shortly after while the other kept its distance at all times. (・´з`・)

Thank you DanielePralong for the welcome!
Hello sharni.mcphail, and welcome to Project Noah! The scientific name for the Pacific Black Duck is Anas superciliosa (you can easily Google it up). If you fill it in the Scientific name field in your spotting it will leave the Unidentified list, and become integrated into the Project Noah database. Welcome again!
